“very comfortable room with the largest bathroom i have seen in a hotel. we used the hotel as a base for visiting the highlands. excallent hotel in a quite area of inverness. the walk into the town. is quite long but part of the footpath is alongside the river. Hotel staff are first class, and do everything to make your stay very comfortable.”
“I mentioned to the manager that the mattress in the small, single room I had wasn't comfortable--too soft and a little lumpy. He checked it and replaced it with a new mattress the next day. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.”
