Mostly, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness...carpets both in the general area and in our room definitely needed a good cleaning...hence an overall impression of a dirty facility. It doesn't cost the business a lot of money to keep up on clean carpets...it would be well worth the nominal investment.”
