“The staff was mostly friendly (with one notable exception), just not always present or very attentive. On two of my trips down to the front desk I had to wait, once almost 10 minutes, for someone to show up--and this was during normal daytime business hours--and there's no bell or anything to get anyone's attention. The room was clean and well-maintained, though of course it lacked any kind of character or charm, but this is a Best Western after all, so we weren't expecting that anyway.”
