“After booking the reservation, I called the hotel directly for two things ; 1. Free shuttle service to the hotel- was told confirmed after I gave arrival time to booking and the hotel; no service, shuttle stopped running at 11pm, plane arrived 1230! $22 for a 1 mile taxi ride ! 2. $10 charge because hotel desk clerk said the non-refundable rate was booked for the wrong date ! Explained , the reservation was confirmed with flight directly with hotel after booked . All this non sense in the early hours of the night was stressful and avoidable, if the folllowup call was confirmed !”

“Very nice hotel! In town to pick up our youngest daughter from the airport at midnight and needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel is super close and convenient to the airport. Our oldest daughter recently had surgery on her ankle and we needed a handicapped accessible room. This hotel was the only one available with this type room and close to the airport. It’s been years since we’ve stayed at a Best Western, but the reviews were good and pictures looked great so we decided to give it a try. So glad we did. It was perfect for all of our needs. The bathroom was spacious for her to maneuver around in and the shower had a seat that was absolutely a must for her. The beds were also great! Kayla, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful with our out-of-the-ordinary needs. Precious girl! The rest of the staff was very friendly also. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Best Western!”
“When we arrived at the hotel, we figured out that the crib we requested (via booking.com) was not booked. The gentleman at the front desk, went to the other property, and got us a crib. He even used his own vehicle to do that which was amazing. Overall, we had no issues. The hotel is close to the airport, there is a gas station next door, and couple restaurants down the road (need a car).”
