“We stay here often when we visit Ottawa to see family. We have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well kept and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, good size safe, iron and ironing board. The wi fi works well. In summer months the outside pool is maintained well and has a pleasing garden surrounding it.”

“Beds and pillow were nice. I carry more tech than necessary because I don't travel often, so I really appreciated the sockets built into the lamp bases for all of my wall warts. Bathroom was spacious and clean. TV remote comes in an unsealed fabric "Sanitary bag," which was a comforting thought, even if unconvincing. At least they have it in mind. Didn't need the closets but they looked like they'd hold a bunch of outfits.”
