Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.<br><br>Guests under the age of 19 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.<br><br>A security deposit of CAD 200 per room is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property.<br><br>When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.<br><br>Effective December 31st, 2017, this will be a credit card only hotel. Cash payments will not be accepted. The name on the reservation must be the same name on the credit card.<br><br>Seasonal maintenance/renovations in progress to specific public corridors from November 2017 to April 2018.

“The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was small and the bathtub looked a little dirty. The room was a bit cold. Had to keep adjusting the temperature of the room throughout the night. People on the upper floor kept making noise. The location of the hotel was okay. Not a lot of good restaurants close by. Had to drive to Vaughan to eat. Staff was friendly.”
