“The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was there with my mother for the funeral of my partner, and asked if we could have a late check out (usually 11) since the service was at 9 and interment at 10:30. This particular hotel does not have a "late checkout policy" but allowed us to check out at 1:00 due to the circumstances. i.e., not hidebound by their "policies". The room was very clean.”
