“The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I have stayed at Best Western Santa Fe several times - always on my long road trips from Colorado to Southeast Texas and back. The first time I drove in to Amarillo it was late st night and the road construction threw off my navigator system. Closed exits, multiple detours - I was not only lost, but frustrated, exhausted and hungry. I called the hotel for directions and "Amber" stayed on the telephone with me for 12 minutes guiding through all the turns. Amber's warmth and kindness, checking me in and giving suggestions and menus for restaurants that would delive - this is the kind of service that makes a weary traveler feel welcomed. Bonus points for a substantial breakfast with fresh choices.”
