Having previously staying st a premier inn a week before and having poor customer service I was very happy with how Hollie spoke to customers and helped with any questions. She seemed very confident at her role and nothing seemed too much for Hollie to help you with. I thought the stay was worth the money, the tv didn't have signal but given the customer service this wouldn't put me off staying again.”
