“ The new assistant manager . She was from Turkey and was sent tgere to sort the bad apples in the staff out she's got a tough job ahead if her . It could be a nice hotel but 80% of the staff just don't care about their job or the geusts . Sad but completely true I found when asked about something you expect in a hotel like this they just looked dumb or barked at you. Saying no we don't have or no we don't do that here for any requests . The older lady in the restraunt was so lovely "barbra" the best hard worker there lovely lady the exception staff leave a lot to be desired and no communication what's so ever . ”
“Lots of choice for brekkie, especially loved the freshly cooked croissants. Loved the evening meal (I had the lamb) and there were several lovely cosy and relaxing areas to sit to enjoy a drink from the bar”
“We had 2 dogs with us, and were given a garden room this was excellent, we did not have to bother the same about the dogs barking if someone went passed, we could also take them into the lounge if we wished. We asked if they did picnic lunches they put us an excellent one up for on our journey home.”
