“Very friendly and helpful staff who helped with luggage and gave me a ground floor room as I had requested prior to arrival as there is no lift in the annexe across the road. Good supplies of tea/ coffee in the room and it was spotlessly clean. A safe is provided and plenty of hanging/ luggage space for the size of the room. Room temperature was easy to adjust with the individual ac control. Modern furnishings and everything you need for a short stay.”
