“The rooms are very small. The beds are not comfortable (small and the thinnest sheets imaginable), and worst of all, the air condition unit ran on and off all night long. The room was cold, damp, and noisy and my family and I all had a lousy night sleep. I should have complained to the front desk the next morning and asked for compensation as certainly it was not worth what we paid. At a bare minimum, a hotel or motel should provide the conditions for good sleep. This one does not. The chair in our room also had a big stain on it reducing my cleanliness rating. Overall I would definitely not stay here again.”
