“First of all, the location is very quiet and calm. The nature is fascinating and there is an experience of its own. The hotel is located on a mountain which makes reaching it a little bit exhausting. On the other hand it is a perfect place and scenery for a relaxing walk. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the center of Basel using public transportation. The personnel of Bienenberg have reached new levels of courtesy. They are polite, generous and very helpful. This is definitely one of the best services I have experienced.”
