The place was kept clean and tidy at all times. The shuttle bus service from the hotel into Central and Admiralty is excellent. “We have been at the BL twice before over some years , while visiting family nearby , and again used a so called harbour view suite. These are absolutely minimum size . The bed to which because of past experience we had the management add a foam overlay was still very hard for us elderly folk . This made sleep much less than ideal ! Very pleasant attentive staff, perfect location at mid levels but , although superbly clean and the many features including the free smart "Handy phone " all worked perfectly, the phone being a very big plus indeed! The smallness of the rooms and hard mattress left us with the feeling that we go there again probably but only beacause of the locality. We thought the accomodation we had was on the expensive side. For us the convenience factor was supreme.”
“Breakfast selection was excellent - fresh cooked eggs on request, fresh fruit, good orange juice. The bed was super comfy. Staff really friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus round town and to/from the Airport Express was very handy. The location is not dead central, but is quiet-ish especially on the harbour side of the hotel. We loved the Escalator for getting around town, helped out by the shuttle bus.”
