“Fantastic experience all-round. Anne at the check-in counter was most helpful in a seamless check-in process. Welcome drink added a nice finishing touch. Great location, close to the malls, food and all the action. Beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Shower was sufficiently powerful and water heater worked well. Toiletries and towels provided. The TV was loaded with HBO movie channels and the air con was kept us cool under the blazing Malaysian sun. No bugs, ants or roaches seen anywhere. Breakfast, though not at the standard of a 5-star hotel, was delicious and filling with a decent variety. At this price point, it's a huge bargain. It's a rejuvenating experience to be here.”

“The Staffs are friendly and genuine. Staffs are helpful and approachable. Left sports band in the room and staff has high integrity to help keep the item and return to us even though we checked out. Walkable distance to Pelangi Shopping centre (though nothing much to shop), walkable distance to KSL shopping centre (about 10-15mins walk) Beside the hotel there is the Massage Therapy centre that is cheaper than the usual shopping centre rate. Reception area ambience was great. It comes with the common area (Very well decorated) which comes with magazines as well as computer”
