“Nice quiet location set back from the main road and tucked behind the conference and banquet centre that you see as you enter the property. Staff were very helpful, especially the guy that does the cleaning and the breakfast. The manager, who's office is at the front of the conference centre, was also very helpful and arranged a very good value taxi for us for our onward journey to Negombo. Rooms are comfortable but the bed felt a little tired. Pool is very nice although there is the occasional waft of swamp from the waterway that divides the properties. Beach is a short walk away and we saw turtles hatching at our feet as we ate lunch in Buddes restaurant.”

“Luxury and big room. Great hot shower, good and large bed, great balcony. Not many insects can get inside. Breakfast was a buffet which was nice for a chance.Location is great, the southern beach is very nearby and coral beach around 10 min walk. Owner took us to the trainstation on check out which was very kind.”
