“The beds were ridiculously comfortable-- so soft--like sleeping on a cloud!! Rooms were very clean and updated. Nice amount of natural light. Nice amenities in room (microwave, fridge, popcorn, coffee, coffee maker, iron, etc.) Wonderful water pressure in shower. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Breakfast was pretty good. Not as much of a selection as at an Embassy Suites but very nice. We enjoyed it! Wish we could've stayed longer!!”

“Bed was comfy room is large, went to check out that was ok, then 2 days later I had a 250$ charge on my card, I called them and asked why they said In my room. I explained to them that I have never smoked in my life and either has my husband. they got rude and would not take charge off card, then called the cc company and they are dealing with it, will never stay at this hotel again and will warn everyone not too. If you check out take the person to your room and proof you did not smoke, such bullcrap they do this to someone that does not smoke they are caught in a lie now and how many other people have they done this too. I also called 3 times and got 3 different people all with a different story. Even the manager said she cleaned the room, I think NOT! Also then it was said wasn't cleaned for 2 days after I left that doesn't happen either I use to work at a motel. Too bad they are so hard up to get extra money.”

“We had an excellent stay here. We went to Baxter, Iowa for a bike ride and stayed in Newton. While this property is just off the highway it was a great place. It was clean, the rooms are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The people are wonderful and very accommodating. Linda was especially great. I would highly recommend this place if you are passing through.”
“Beside the convenient location, the room was spacious and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the presence of the wine and beer bar was a bonus. We met up with our grown children and granddaughter on this trip and it was great to be able to socialize with them after a long day of driving.”
