“Great spa and gym facilities, must be the best or one of the best in the city. Conveniently located in the center.”
“Modern facility, SPA OK. On the other hand, hopeless service, lack of English, SPA included but the service does not know what to do, they told us that towels are available in the sauna and we do not have to take them out of the room. After 20 minutes of searching, it turned out that to have a towel, you have to go through the locker room like a street guy - get another key and then we finally have a towel. Breakfast - it's a misunderstanding, there are 3 sets, from which we can choose one. To drink I took the juice, after drinking I asked for another. Upon check out, it turned out that I had to pay a lot for it. No one is reporting this anywhere. There is no price list - only at check out - it turns out that it is paid and it's paid horendal rates !! For me it's a scam. E-mail inquiries - both on official mail and through booking - do not reply! High quality facility, but the service is the lowest.”
