“In the central district of Khabarovsk, 250 meters from Muravyeva-Amurskogo Street, the hotel is nicely located. The restaurant in the hotel "Tsvety" serves trendy and healthy food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is okay. The room is tidy, clean and quiet.”
“Although the neighborhood around Khabarovsk Boutique Hotel is not particularly attractive, the hotel's location is good as it is a few minutes walk from the main street (Mouraviov-Amurskyi) and not far from main attractions in Khabarovsk (such as the very good regional museum). Our room was very big, but the decoration was rather neutral (nothing special). We highly appreciated the fact that we were given our room at 8 a.m. and were even offered an extra breakfast. Breakfast buffet was fine. It's a clean and functional hotel but doesn't look like a boutique hotel, despite its name.”

“Отличный шведский стол на завтрак в ресторане "Цветы", в течении 2 дней всегда получалось разнообразить меню. Ежедневная уборка в номере, всегда вымыт туалет и душ, заправлена постель, свернуты и заменены полотенца, дополнены шампунь, гель для душа и мыло. Чистые полотенца и бельё. Удобная кровать. Большой, светлый и тихий номер. Приветливый персонал.раньше выбор стоял на другие отели , гостиницы и.т.д теперь он будет один и конечного Же , это будет "Бутик-отель" ))))”
“Чистый комфортный отель в центре Хабаровска. Все необходимое в номере есть. Любезный персонал, подсказали где можно вкусно пообедать и поужинать, так как в ресторане при отеле была свадьба. При заезде попросила тихий номер, нам сразу поменяли. В 100 метрах от отеля центральная улица Муравьева-Амурского с кучей магазинов и кафе. Завтрак входит в стоимость номера.”
