“A really pleasant welcome; a compact ground floor single with garden view finished to a very high spec. Good shower, tea and coffee facilities. Two really lovely lounges with very comfortable seating; discrete but attentive owners. Breakfast buffet fresh, tasty with a good range; very good service. One had the impression that nothing would have been too much trouble for their guests. Great location, parking and public transport, bus and tram opposite.”

“We arrived around 11.00am and thought we'd have to come back to check in later but we were allowed straight in and even offered coffee. Our two single rooms were quite small but very comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and we were able to get a drink in the bar as soon as we got back after a long walk (around teatime). We'd certaily consider staying here again - very friendly and welcoming.”
