“A charming small country hotel. Our room needed some updating but was spotlessly clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Full English Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, they use local produce. It was a bonus to be able to have a relaxing swim in their small indoor pool which was open up to 10.00 pm every night.”
“Steff. Priceless front of house lady. Genuine quality that all the training in the world can't teach.”
“Excellent welcome. We stayed in the coach house . Room was really clean , warm and cosy . The bath was superb . I have trouble getting in and out of the bath so your bath being lower was great for me (being short ) I could lay down . Heaven . The bed was really comfy . Real sheets and blankets . Well done great change from a duvet . Breakfast was excellent and the waitress was really attentive . The setting was stunning. All round a lovely 2 night stay . Have recommended to a close friend .”

“The staff were amazing, the food was out of this world would go back just for that”
“The staff were more than helpful and the food was very good both breakfast and evening meal. Gardens were delightful and well maintained and lovely to sit out in the evening with a drink .pool was also lovely and refreshing in mornings and after a long day out.”
“The room was exceptionally clean albeit the decor looked a little dated as was the bathroom, we were on the second floor and the bathroom still had that coloured suite, but it was all working fine and really clean, the shower was perfect and the breakfast was very good, freshly cooked. It was a lovely hotel for one night we spent in Norfolk, set in pretty grounds, well maintained. We had a nice evening in the orangerie, just a light bite with a drink. It was one of those rainy nights in June, and it cleared soon after, but as it was a bit wet we just watched the dark clouds wonder by in the garden room. The staff were very pleasant. The area around the hotel looked really inviting for a stroll in the evening.”
“The staff were really friendly and helpful they made us feel very welcome. They made special provision for us with the dog. The gardens were beautiful and our dog loved being able to chase round off his lead. Food good.”
