The room was very large even by spoiled standards. And the terrace /balcony, which is incredible with beautiful views. Breakfast is adequate with a fairly large selection. Close to bus lines and well worth the money.”

“Lucerne is very expensive, and the hotel price of CHF660 for a double room for 2 nights reflects this. The hotel is modern with helpful English speaking staff. The room included a free bus pass to get into Lucerne, with the bus stop just around the corner. We did the 'Golden Round Trip' Mount Pilatus tour which is excellent, offering spectacular views of the lake and the Alps The breakfast room is small with limited choice but good quality food. A local gastro pub / steakhouse provided a good evening meal, but with a T bone steak at CHF 97 plus sides (approx £80), be prepared for an expensive trip. Even a MacDonalds Big Mac meal was around £10. Nothing is cheap here!”

“The Front desk is run by the hotel owners & they were extremely helpful with providing information on where to travel along with recommending the must see attractions. The hotel is well maintained & Clean. They also gave us 2 day bus pass which allowed us to use the local bus without any charges.”
