Easy and quick check in as we were pressed for time due to excessive traffic getting to Calistoga because of rainy and wet roads on a Friday night. Two glasses of complimentary wine were offered, although we refused, still nice of the front desk to offer anyhow. Closest proximity to a Castello di Amorosa evening event. Stayed once before and my overnight was exceptional, including the new spa facilities.”

“According to booking.com, the on-site spa facilities were not up and runnnng, yet were being assembled. My luck was that the spa is open for business as of Wed. July 18. My knd boyfriend encouraged my receiving two services at a $190 rate excluding gratuity. It was great bc I really honestly had the entire area to myself to relax, steam, contemplate, and get pampered as there were more staff than clients. Beautiful decor and the amenities were just rperfect for me! I was made to feel welcome to stay as long as I had wanted on the day of service (Friday).”
