“All of the staff at Camas very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and accommodate all of our needs. Breakfast was wonderful and the atrium was a relaxing start to our very hectic days.”
“Quaint old building nestled in downtown Camas offered charm and fun white lights lined the building offering a festive feel to the older building. I loved fresh baked cookies in the lobby, the friendly gal at the front desk who was helpful in directing us to a local tavern for a relaxing evening of live music and laid back atmosphere.”
“In the era of big, chain hotels, the Camas Hotel stands out as a true gem. It is an amazing property at the center of a revitalized downtown not far from Portland. We stayed here at the end of our trip because it was close to the airport (~20 minutes) and it had lots of parking. We really are glad we chose to close out our trip. Nice restaurants are in close walking distance and we would recommend just walking around downtown Camas. Nice just to relax and enjoy the small down vibe. Clean, neat, and comfortable, the rooms are a bit small, but worth it. Lots of character, and all the space you really need.”
“When I walked in it took me to another time-in a good way.”
“nice updated old hotel. small room but that was how it used to be. Gave free movie tickets! And a free room upgrade.”
“The staff were super-helpful. My wife asked if someone could watch her bag while she moved some shopping into the room - instead, the staff member helped her carry the shopping to the room herself. Good coffee machine and complimentary water in the room is a nice touch. Breakfast was terrific, and included in the reasonable room rate!”
“Very friendly staff and offered to assist. Sweet town and sweet hotel.”
“The location is charming and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The room I had was clean, nicely decorated and had everything I needed to stay comfortably.”
“Hotel and room was cute and neat. Staff were extremely friendly and assisted us with our luggage as hotel has no elevator.”
“Breakfast was good. Besides the normal cereal, yogurt, toast, etc, there was also freshly baked quiche. Room had a keurig machine which was nice. The downtown of Camas was small but with interesting stores which unfortunately were closed since it was a Sunday.”
