“Terrific staff at the front desk. When it started raining hard, one staff member offered me her personal umbrella. But when I resisted...she found several hotel umbrellas for us to borrow! Loved the plush beds, pillows and towels! First class.”
“Hotel was super clean. As were the pool and spa. Pool hours were from 5 a.m to midnight which was awesome for people like us who have busy travel plans. King suite was perfect for our family of 4- couch pulls out into a bed which my kids slept great on! Check out wasn’t until noon which made our stay even more convenient. Hotel bar and restaurant had great food, drinks, and service. Everyone working was very friendly!”

“This hotel is conveniently located right next to Costco and within a plaza with 2 restaurant/bars and an ice cream shop. I loved how clean and spacious it was, how sweet and accommodating the staff was (we checked in very early because our flight got in early with no hassle at all!). The pool and jacuzzi was a great PLUS and there's a cute little patio, too. Parking was a breeze and we were able to drive into Cleveland within 20 minutes.”

“Room was nicely decorated and very comfortable with a separate living room area. Two queen beds was nice, too (as opposed to two doubles). Big open areas around lobby and elevators. And a guest laundry was also a nice touch.”
