“The hotel gave us a room at the back as I had a dog which was great as it was quiet. They also had tables and chairs there where you could eat as dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. We ordered a pizza which was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“After reading some varied reviews on TripAdvisor I was not looking forward to staying here. But was pleasantly surprised on arrival! Stayed here with my dog and we had a ground floor room which was perfect as we opened the door and were ready for a walk. The room was spacious well laid out and clean. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Arrived 10mins before the restaurant closed and they prepared a meal for me to take to my room as dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Which is quiet normal I think. The steak I had was perfectly cooked and well received after a long days travel. Really enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend and defiantly stay again if in the area. Thank you!”
“PROMISED VIEW did not exist. Plastic paper cups. Two only coffee sachets. Toilet Pan badly stained. Toilet not ventilated. Buffet was poor and much smaller. The contents of each bowl, obviously came straight from a packet. During the 80s,90s when I lived in Spain I used the Campanile outlets regularly. Including the one at Hendaye. The standard today fulls well short of what I was expecting.”
