“The Hotel was nice and clean, it's a pity that they dishonestly handle credit cards and our funds. Upon the arrival hotel charged the full amount, got the receipt, front desk told, all set. Later during the night the card was charged with another amount. Morning they denied that they put extra charge happened, called 911. For the officer they shown the extra charge on their system and explained it is only a hold and will be released within 2 weeks. Very dishonest, using costumers money hand in glow with banks without guests content and interest. So sad that people are letting them to go on with this unethical conduct. Use limit on your cad so they can not succeeded pulling extra amounts they did not mention beforehand.”
