“There were blood stain spots on the sheets at the head of the bed and something pasty on the bed cover. I told the clerk at front desk that night before we left for dinner about the blood spots and they changed the sheets. The next morning I noticed the pasty substance on the bed cover and told the front desk clerk when we checked out, he wrote it down and said he was sorry. The night staff was very friendly and empathic and said he would change the sheets immediately. I showed the morning clerk a picture of the pasty substance from my phone and he said he didn't know what it was and wrote it on a sheet of paper.”
