“The staff at this hotel is outstanding. When Booking.com emailed to say they had to cancel my reservation, and moved me to hotel without a kitchenette, I called the hotel directly for help. Not only was the desk clerk friendly, she got me a room at the hotel with a kitchenette and canceled the other reservation for me. I've never had the experience of Booking canceling my reservations and rebooking me before, but this particular time, it was extremely inconvenient because I needed the kitchen, and because the hotels were pretty much sold out for this particular weekend. I cannot say enough about the staff at this Candlewood property. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I will stay at this location for any events that bring me to Loveland in the future.”
“Clean, a friendly staff, easy check in, out. Wonderfully quiet, fantastic mattress, large bathroom. Would be wonderful for extended stays, full-sized refrigerator, stove, stocked with utensils, dishwasher!! Free shuttle to take you places.”
