“We loved staying here especially our room which was amazing. It was 500 years old and was enormous with high ceilings and open brickwork. The view from our room and the terrace overlooking monastrey valley was superb. We ate at the hotel every night we were there and they offered a great price fixed menu which was really good with lots of choice. Our only thing we did not like was the television in the restaurant which distracted from the ambience of the whole setting. The hotel overlooks monastry valley and if you get chance it is a great place to explore without any tourists. The town does not offer a great deal of eatting places but for a few nights the hotel was perfect for us to eat at. We also walked the ihlara valley which is only a short drive from the hotel. The village is very quiet and very traditional. It has not been spoilt by tourists - go if you have a chance.”
