“Beautiful resort but horrendous customer service. Completely dropped the ball and did virtually nothing to rectify the situation.”
“The suite was very nice. There were four grown women and we were very comfortable. The spa was great. I had the best massage of my life. The staff were very friendly and helpful -- especially one of the security personnel, Luce, who helped us through a difficult situation, when the elevators were all down and we were asked to take the stairs to the eighth floor. (We gave that feedback to the hotel manager.) And our waiter, Alberto, was great. And the pool was lovely.”

Queen beds were comfortable and fresh. The room was very clean, every thing was in working order. Location was perfect, access to the beach and pools superb, supermarket across the road, public transport and car hire just a block away. Our family (3) self catered and found the kitchen perfect for our needs. Overall, an excellent 4 day stay, highly recommend staying here, my expectations were exceeded.”
