Quiet backstreet near the cathedral, sunny terrace with stunning views, simple, tasty breakfast including good coffee and croissants. The castle (a bracing climb), El Tunel (upmarket tapas restaurant), round-the-corner bread and patisserie shop and, of course, the Fallas processions if you come at the right time.”
