“Casa Aldomar has a feeling of calmness about it, simple but stylish, soft music playing and relaxing sun trap terraces. The views from the roof terrace are stunning. The tomato and cinnamon jam at breakfast goes perfectly with the cheese.”
“Friendly and very helpful staff who came with good dinner suggestions and trips. Nice patios to relax and enjoy the environment.”
“Very clean, welcoming, full of history, quiet, just that little extra special!”
“A beautiful place to stay. Lovely, large, attic room and good en suite. Very friendly and informative host who recommended a great place for lunch then showed me the way. Nice terrace and rooftop terrace, though too hot to use when I was there! Loyalty bar a nice touch and very welcome! Decent continental breakfast. Located in the heart of the Old Town, which was lovely. I look forward to returning.”
“the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff were truly outstanding. The little terrace areas to chill after a long day were so cute. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Xativa”
“The house was updated beautifully to make it comfortable and welcoming while retaining its unique character and history. It was scrupulously clean, and the hosts - Ian and Josechu couldn't have done more to be helpful.Their personalized tour guides were in depth and extremely helpful.”
“The owner went out of his way to help us with parking and local sites. He has even prepared a guide sheet for guests to follow from Casa Aldomar to the castle; including local history and landmarks. We loved the rustic charm of the accommodation and would heartily recommend it.”
“This is a perfect spot to explore Xativa from. Fantastic views, centrally located with a great host. Buffet breakfast with fresh coffee was excellent”
“Welcoming knowledgeable host, who gave us a list of good places to eat and lots of directions. Quiet backstreet near the cathedral, sunny terrace with stunning views, simple, tasty breakfast including good coffee and croissants. The castle (a bracing climb), El Tunel (upmarket tapas restaurant), round-the-corner bread and patisserie shop and, of course, the Fallas processions if you come at the right time.”
