Important Notice
- Please note all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check in.<br><br>Breakfast charges will apply as follows:<br><br>- Ages 0 to 7 won't be charged.<br>- Ages 8 to 12 will be charged kids fee of USD $3.13.<br>- Ages 13 and over will be charged adults fee of USD $6.25.<br><br>This princes don't include taxes (18%) or service fee (10%).<br><br>Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. The tax is applied per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

“This maybe the best place to stay at Cusco. It is just behind Plaza de Armas square and the Menor de la Merced Church is across the street. The Hotel is pretty new and rooms are comfy and clean. Taxis, drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants and all of the main attractions in Cusco are within walking distance (not macchu picchu, tho :P )”
“The hotel is part of a chain and is similar in standard to Travelodge in the UK, very clean and tidy, good size rooms, buffet breakfast, room safe, etc. What sets it apart is the attitude of the staff, which is first class. They were always on hand to offer assistance and advice and nothing was too much trouble for them. They stored our cases for 2 nights whilst we visited the Sacred Valley all free of charge and when we encountered problems with a prebooked tour, they telephoned the company and helped with the language problems allowing us to sort out the issue and enjoy a very good tour. The hotel is ideally situated and is within minutes of the many bars and restaurants in the square. Cusco itself is fairly run down away from the main square but the people are very friendly and we always felt very safe walking around the city.”
“They were very accommodating, rebooked me for no charge when my flight was canceled and even gave us a bigger room. They stored our luggage for 4 days and when we were back our luggage was waiting in our room. They have tea in the lobby.”

Very accommodating to any and every need, wonderful central location, and hot coca tea in the lobby at all hours :) Staff dealt with us bringing pizza back late at night, helped track down some lost luggage at the airport, our own insufficient communication with our arrival pickup, and frequent requests for additional information or suggestions. Very friendly and open to making guests feel at home.”
