“The hotel is located in a nice colonial building directly at the Rio Magdalena riverfront. The room is large and the air conditioning works (which is important in Mompox).We received a very heartly welcome and immediately felt like being at home. When we had to leave very early the following morning, the staff offered to serve breakfast much earlier than usual and let us use the computer to print out some documents. They were really nice and it felt like it was just a pleasure for them to help their guests in every way 😊.”

“Location with view of Rio Magdalena is excellent. The quietness makes one feel relaxed. Inside; incredibly friendly and attentive service from Emel and proprietor, informative and helpful with all requests, including organizing for ecological tour on the river and the ciénaga. The hotel offers a lot of different books, both fiction and informative on the area. Breakfast tasty and well prepared, supply of fresh coffee at all possible times during my stay. On departure at 6 am, breakfast was served at 5.30 (when normal time is from 07.30), as well as personal guide to bus terminal in order to get to the right spot. This place is highly recommended.”
“Very personalized service by the Emilia, who is there all day and knows how to make your stay perfect. One of my best hotel experiences. The hotel is very small and has only 5 rooms, all rooms are perfectly decorated and have AC, which you will need. Absolutely loved my stay here and I would recommend it to anyone!”
