“The location is convenient and there are some good restaurants not too far away uu”
“The room and the bathroom were big and comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast begins at 6:00 am which is good if you need to go out early for touring Rome. The bus service to take the train is not as frequent as we wanted, so you have to wait 20 min most of the times. The staff is very kind.”
“This is a modern, large and friendly hostel/hotel run by nuns. It was perfect place to spend our last night on the Via Francigena before walking into Rome. The sisters were very welcoming. The room was very well equipped with a bath as well as a shower - very welcome for walkers. We stayed for dinner but there are places nearby to eat. The grounds are lovely and they seem to have the greenest lawns in Italy.”
“Nice to be staying in a convent during our walk on the Via Francigena. The gardens were superb and we were very near to two major supermarkets. It is directly on the bus route of the Via Cassia and less than 20km walk to the Vatican.”
“Very friendly and warm reception, the garden is beautiful and it's a 20 minute drive to center Rome”
“Friendly welcome. Fairly large comfortable clean room, set in lovely grounds. Good value for money would recommend and would definitely stay again.”
“Good location for getting into Rome on FR3 trainline from La Storta station. Free parking at station which is about 2km away. Nuns are friendly and helpful.”
“The nuns were so welcoming and friendly and the convent was located on lovely grounds.”
“The warm hospitality of the nuns...the nice big bathroom. The grounds is just like the Garden of Eden.... Sculpted garden....serene, very well maintained. Could not have asked for more. The very warm reception we got from a Sister just made us feel at home.”
“Everyone was very friendly! Gave us an excellent suggestion on local restaurant to eat at.”
