“Helpful staff. Free shuttle to O'Cebreiro for start of Camino. Driver adamantly refused tip and just wished me Buen Camino”
“complimentary pick up and drop off between O Cebreiro for pilgrims”
“Great place to stay while doing El Camino. They can pick you up in O Cebreiro. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff was great. ”
“Very good value for money and the room was good.Food was really lovely and very reasonable. After a phone call we were collected at Ocebriero and brought back the next morning to start our walk . Despite the fact that the owner had no English!”
“Outstanding grilled meats and incredibly friendly service.”
“(Sorry i made a mistake on my previous report as i was referring to another property in error.) The next morning the owner arranged for us to be taken by car to the start of our walk which was a few miles and would not take any payment which was a very nice touch. I would recommend this place.”
“Very clean, confortable and the room had a beautiful toilet! Next to the bus stop where Madrid buses arrive.”
“The hotel was close to the bus stop and had a restaurant attached to it. Despite the language barrier, Anthony went out of his way to be helpful and to meet our needs. We wanted to visit a nearby town in the evening and he arranged the local taxi for us. Rooms were clean with good shower facilities The restaurant served good Spanish food. Loved the local caldo and their beef stew.”
“We stayed at Casa Pazos after we got to O cebreiro. Marcellino picked us up by car and brought as back to the Camino de next day. The hotel room was excellent, very clean and with a brand new bathroom. Excellent customer service too. Muchas gracias”
“This hotel is not directly on the El Camino route, which turned out not to be a problem because we stopped at alburgie @ O'Cebreiro and they were kind enough to phone the hotel who then picked us up and returned us to O'Cebreiro in the morning. This information would have been handy to get when we made the reservation with the hotel through booking.com It all turned out well so anyone booking this hotel should be aware of this footnote or be prepared to call a taxi both ways and or walk the 4.5 km from O'Cebreiro to the hotel.”
