“I love everything about this resort but most of all I love the owners of this place. they were so warm and hospitable. they made us dinner for free since they saw that we came 4 hours away and it was dinner time when we arrive. they assisted us in going through our Whale Shark experience and Sumilon Island escapade. “Casa Solmar is just a few meters away from the market, 7-Eleven, town plaza and the church -- that's what we liked about this property! And it's relatively safe even at night. The room that we booked was for 4 people but it didn't look cramped at all -- it was still cozy. Best of all, it was cheap! Plus, the owners were very accommodating! They allowed us to use their plates, bowls and spoons and forks even though the food that we ate was bought outside.”
