They provided great recommendations and we're very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to safely store our bags all day after checking out and then provided a ride to the airport that night for less than a taxi would charge. Breakfast was delicious and was delivered to our room at our requested time. We wished we could have stayed longer.”

“The staff were so nice and went beyond to accommodate our needs! They arranged our transportation to the airport in the middle of the night and were willing to help us set up tours around Quito! Very walkable area, fun night clubs and restaurants, about 10 minute walk. The hotel room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. They had a beautiful two person tub that I wish I had time to enjoy. We also had a small living room with a couch that turned into a second bed if needed.”
