Delicious breakfast with good choice odd fresh fruits - some from the owner's garden. No hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.”
“This hotel is a skilfully renovated old property that retains many original features with the addition of modern facilities to the rooms. It is well situated in a historic village with many Bodegas. We had a very relaxed and comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. A visit to the comprehensive Vivanco Museum and Winery in Briones is strongly recommended.”
“Part of me doesn't want to write a great review on this property because I don't want to let the secret out...but that is not fair to the wonderful owner(s). This is one of the best kept secrets in the area. Location is awesome...close to wineries, etc. This village is something to be experienced. ALL the people there are friendly. The lower floor has an "honor bar" where you serve yourself and just tell them what you drink. Very confident and nice place to just "hang out". The breakfast doesn't have a lot of protein so if that is what you are looking for, you will have to find other plans.”
