La struttura si avvale di personale molto giovane ma probabilmente scolarizzato in buoni istituti professionali, l'accoglienza professionalmente calda e puntigliosa accompagna il cliente in tutte le fasi del suo soggiorno, molto buone le camere e i confort, la pulizia, e la grande attenzione anche al tempo libero, con la possibilità di usufruire di ottime montanbike, gratuitamente.”
