“The Castle was amazing, fantastic views over the hills, we walked around the ramparts and explored the many halls & towers. Very well renovated with original features everywhere, the rooms were unique with period furniture and plenty of space. The staff were very accommodating and the reception staff spoke good English. The restraunt was good with local food and wine however the menu was only in Italian which posed a slight delay when ordering but with some effort our waitress percivered and we enjoyed a pleasant evening meal with a delicious jug of refreshing sangria.”
