“Spacious bedroom and bathroom, friendly staff and excellent service in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast and a really good choice of items for both meals. The bed was comfortable and we had a lovely view out towards the coast despite the weather although we are not sure if the same could be said of the other rooms. Highly recommended as a place to stay as it is close to John O'Groats, Dunnet Head and the castle at Mey which we didn't have time to visit but looked a stunning and unexpected attraction.”
“The food in the restaurant was exceptional. We ate dinner in the evening and was one of the best meals we had on our trip. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choice. The staff were lovely. The rooms were large. Everything was good.”
