“1) the staff is really friendly and go all out to help us with our departure and booking of train tickets 2) bicycles are offered for free 3) good shower amenities 4) very comfortable bed with sufficient 3 pillows for two of us 5) toilet has bidet, sufficient space for shower and even a bath tub 6) water strength in the toilet was strong 7) hotel has good view and good cleanliness 8) the glass panel to the sea view has a layer of permeable netting to prevent insects from coming in while keeping the glass panels opened. 9) can I just say I like everything about the hotel? 10/10!!!”
“We stayed at celebrity 99 during the middle of a typhoon. The staff could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable including moving to us to a quieter room and ensuring we had emergency supplies. Special mention of Eliza who looked after us throughout.”

“The hotel has very good and new facilities. It is just at the doorstep of the great ocean. Great ocean view. It is a very isolated part of town. No food around, just some shacks and a short pathway for cycling next to the ocean. Ok if you don't mind taking taxis in and out to go and eat and shop. Cost per way of taxi to Hualien town is 150- 200 NT still ok....”
