“Very central location, very close to the harbour and to city center. The bedroom was very clean and spacious, however the shower was not great, the water went all over the bathroom. Very good breakfast in a lovely location: the top floor with an amazing view of the sea.”
“The room I had this time was much much better than the room I had stayed in previously. Watch which room you get as it is highly variable.”
“Located near the city about 5 minutes walk. Had a bit of seaview. Helpful and friendly front desk staff.”
“We stayed in room with amazing view. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was very good as everything was in walking distance. Room was not huge but comfortable enough. The breakfast was quite good as well.”
“Comfy little room. Great brekky up in the Sky Bar. Friendly staff. Clean. Tick tick tick!”
“Fantastic location close to the city centre. The sea view room offered a grand vista across the harbour. Sky Bar and Restaurant had relatively affordable meals and the happy hour was a great finish to the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“Very convenient location and comfortable hotel. Unfortunately the wellness area was closed during our stay, which could have been communicated upfront. Rooms have comfortable beds, but are quite small and do not have a lot of space to store luggage or just sit/relax. The bathroom was very small and shower was hot but spraying all over the bathroom. The breakfast was ok, but over-crowded and therefore not very relaxing. We did not really speak to any staff apart from the check-in.”
“Busy breakfast room bit cramped but staff very attentive clearing away and restocking quickly”
“Incredibly friendly knowledgeable staff. Excellent location with views of the spectacular Harpa Concert Hall and sea. Convenient walking to harbor and old town, tour bus stop across the street.”
“Was ridiculously 2Star and too expensive. The staff were lovely but it was horrible for £139 per night. Tiled floors and freezing cold. Not very clean for Iceland!”
