“This was a lovely hotel. Quirky and in a very quiet location. The staff, David in particular, the receptionists, chef and the little Russian cleaner were all so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed dinner on the patio next to the pool ( the food was particularly delicious, made more so by the setting) and David even ensured there was background music which all added to the overall charm of the place. I would definitely recommend a visit....and to the owners, look after your staff!! They would be the main reason we would book again.”

“After travellng for two weeks it was fantastic to discover this quiet and beautiful chateau in the middle of France (near Nevers). Everything required was on site (meals, drinks, pool, etc) and all within the peaceful surrounds of the countryside. Owners gave us bikes for our own "tour de france', supplied us maps and even offered a picnic service. Modern rooms and very clean. Lovely deck with tables, chairs and lounges around the pool. A car is required to get there.”

“I spent one night, as a stopover, in this elegant small chateau set in beautiful and quiet gardens, away from main roads (and hence a bit difficult to find). Very friendly and helpful staff, who got out of their way to assist. Good swimming pool. Dinner al fresco on a beautiful terrace. If you're planning to have b'fast and dinner, it's better to check the hotel website for the "soirée d'étape" package which is much cheaper than paying for the room, b'fast and dinner separately.”
