“The room was really nice and spacious (as the hotel gave us a junior suite). The views were spectacular, we could see the whole of Val Thorens and both glaciers from the terrace and from the room. The staff were very friendly and very efficient, the restaurant was very nice (we had an excellent evening meal, although maybe a bit on the expensive side, but there are plenty of places to eat at Les Menuires if you want to spend less). Breakfast was very good and the spa is fantastic. Having the ski hire and the forfait purchase at the hotel is also a big plus. It was late in the season and there was not enough snow in Les Menuires for advanced skiers, so we drove to Val Thorens, which is easy (10 min), but earlier in the season, the hotel really is ski in/ski out at les Menuires, so would be perfect. All in all, a great stay.”

“The staff were amazing and very friendly, the food was great, the views were stunning, the hotel was so much more than we were expecting. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, not only did they park my car in the garage while we went skiing, they also took all our bags out if it and put them in our room. The location is great, being able to ski to the door. The bar was very nice and the barman was friendly and chatty. Wish we could have stayed longer”

“The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly in assisting us with our luggage that didn't arrive on our flight. The location was excellent with ski in-ski out access and very easy access to the secure ski room. The local shuttle bus stop is right outside the hotel so you don't have to wait in the cold for the bus to arrive. Our room was not large but very comfortable and we could fit everything in the wardrobe. Best of all was the view from our room and the balcony - waking up every day to watch the sun shine over the mountains was brilliant.”

“Good chalet hotel in an excellent location at 2000 m altitude, 20-30 m from the pistes connecting you to the possibly largest integrated ski area in the world. Extremely convenient for skiers as you can get both the ski pass and rent equipment in the hotel. You also get a decent sized pool, sauna and stram room. This does not come cheap and never will.”
