“Due to work, I've stayed in tens of five-star hotel. The staffs at the Chason hotel were the most friendly and attentive ones ever!! During the stay, I asked for some tips for a good beer place. The staff called the place directly to doublecheck the business hours for me. Apart from that, they were always very freindly and willing to assist with every matter of the guests asap. I was very impressed!! Thank you very much!!”

“To start off, the staffs were very accommodating. They would go extra-mile in terms of service. Their building was newly-built and so the furnitures, which I liked. They deliver breakfast to your room, and the bread (different kinds of croissants) were really good. Their coffee was ones from Coffee Bean the brand. My impression on this hotel is that they will not mess around with money; which means they are not cheap compare to other ordinary hotels in this price range. My room even got upgraded for the second night since they had found some problems in the toilet. I realized if you are sensitive with the quality of bedding and mattress, I would suggest booking a slightly more expensive room because I had felt a significant difference when I moved to the better room. Overall, for the price I paid for, I received more than I had expected.”

“The hotel was great. Large clean rooms with a good view. In particular, the staff were excellent, especially Paul who went far beyond what was needed for us.”

“담에도 여기 가기로. 조식인 빵과 커피 맛있었고, 특히 빵이 예술. 서귀포 시외버스 터미널 건너 숙소 가기전에 정이네라는 소머리국밥집도 맛있었고... 인덕션은 요청시 제공받을 수 있고 드럼세탁기, 커피포트, 전자렌지가 있고 침대가 편안했으며- 관련 검색해보니 시몬스 침대-프론트 직원이 24시간 대기. 여튼 강력 추천”

“침구가 진짜 좋았어요! 여행중에 몸살이 와서 으슬으슬 추웠는데 정말 따뜻하고 포근하게 잘 잤네요. 직원분들도 다들 너무너무 친절하셔서 특급호텔 부럽지 않았어요. 이대로만 쭈욱 좋은 호텔로 성장하면 좋겠어요. 다음에도 이용할 의사 99.9%입니다!”

“5성급 호텔에 가도 HDMI 선이 제공되지 않는 경우도 많은데 바로 구해주셔서 잘 썼습니다. 낮에 여행하고 노트북으로 영화보면서 잘 쉬었습니다. 안에 세탁기도 있어서 잘 사용했고 사장님도 너무 친절하셨습니다. 핸드워시, 페브리즈도 있습니다.”

“Breakfast fabulous. Enjoyed staff's Kind and Clean. The Chason hotel the Smile is the only place to stay when travelling to Jeju Island. I love this hotel and last visit was my third stay here and I have to say it just keeps getting better. The staff are EXCELLENT, attentive and always greet you with a smile. I do have a more personal connection the location, as I used to live just near here and therefore I am a fan. Moreover, it is only a short taxi ride or nice walk to trvel spot and convenience facilities(for more bars food offerings nightlife). on a personal note, I would like to thank the Guest Relations & Concierge team for assisting me for the past couple of weeks to tract a very important parcel that I missed on my last stay a few weeks back. So, Chason is PERFECT place in JEJU!!”
