- Please note that Chateau Impney may charge for any damage caused to the property during each stay.<br><br>Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required at check-in. Failure to provide this will result in the original card being refunded and the guest at the desk will be charged.<br><br>A pre-authorisation security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This pre-authorisation will be released upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please allow up to 9 working days for the release to be shown in your account.<br><br>Please note that dinner is not available on the 8th to 9th of December as well as the 22nd to the 23rd of December 2017.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>
