“We stay in this Hotel on a regular basis. We own a property in southern Spain and at least once a year we travel there from the UK with our car on the ferry to Santander. Chateau la Roca is in a very convenient position to the motorway system. Also there is a Restaurant/ Bar attached to the Hotel where you have a choice of dining in the evening and Breakfast for Hotel guests is available either by booking in advance or you can just get what you want in the bar.”

“Handy for stop from Santander evening ferry. Large, spacious room with excellent, modern bathroom with large shower and accessories provided. Large, comfortable beds with effective room air conditioning. Room safe with refundable Eu20 deposit. Nearby (walkable) bar/restaurant La Tucho was superb; very good food, reasonable prices, large portions (share puddings!), very personable staff and English spoken.”
