“Everything was very perfect, also the Pool we enjoyed After our bike Tour and especially the Dinner Menü was superbe.”
“The breakfasts were delicious, although slightly less than what we expected (no eggs or bacon), but the croissants were wonderful. We had a room with a view to the pool and it was beautiful. We felt like royalty. Pool is huge and clean and wonderful for kids.”
“Very pleasant reception. The hotel does not provide dinner (and it was a Sunday in France!) but we were directed to the Buffet de la Gare in Agen which was an excellent tip. Lovely chateau which is very peaceful given its proximity to town. Didn't have time to use the pool which looked inviting. Nice bathroom and good breakfast.”
“We (couple) were on a road trip and our car broke down, so we had to stay an unplannend night in a hotel. The only accomodation we could choose was this one: a real castle! And we only paid about 85 euro's! Spacious and very clean rooms, very friendly lady at the reception (although she didn't speak English. She new that I spoke only a little bit of French and tried to speak very slowly so that I could understand her. She was very helpfull). Totally peacefull location. There were hardly ny other guesr so we really felt like a king and queen.”
“A seventeenth-century chateau transformed recently into a fine hotel, especially suited to conferences, but pleasant enough to stop at for a night as my wife and I did on May 31, 2015. Decor was subtle, smart, stylish. All amenities except air conditioning were available. We seem to have arrived during a moment when the regular restaurant was closed. Our hotel visitor's meal was served by a friendly non-waiter from a kitchen only half ready----with the concommitant results. No wine list was offered (just glasses of "open" wines at too high a price for their intrinsic quality). We were unable to use the large and sparkling swimming pool because of rain. This is a very lovely hotel and we would recommend it highly despite the not quite up-to-par restaurant on the night we sojourned there.”
“Great property. Beautifully restored and family run chateau surrounded by ancient trees and an absolutely magnificent terrace with very large swimming pool. We stayed here for our visit to Walibi amusement park. After a day at the park, it was great to return to the château for a swim. We were able to order drinks on the terrace. The next morning we had a nice breakfast on the terrace followed by a swim before departure. ”
“Very friendly welcome, good accommodation and special facilities for our two cocker spaniels. Good breakfast.”
“A very nice château quite close to facilities, a shopping area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Many salons to sit and rest. A very quiet place to have some rest. Check out up to 11:00 am!”
“This is an old chateau being used as a hotel. The estate is grand as is the building. Rooms are spacious but basic. Off street parking at the end of a magnificent long, tree-lined driveway. Welcome from manager and staff was sincere and friendly.”
“An impressive and luxurious place. The staff were excellent. The driveway is truly impressive. The restaurant wasn't open the nights were were there due to a wedding reception but oddly enough , the Le Clercs adjacent had a very good caffetteria style restaurant open till 8.30 with cheap but tasty meals [ and wine] Plenty of parking and many facilities Generally enjoyed it very much.”
